The Indian Wells Cabernet is our warm climate ripe, jammy ‘New World’ style of Cabernet Sauvignon. Specially selected and carefully aged, this premier Cabernet Sauvignon showcases a lush texture and concentrated flavors of blackberry and black cherry.

 

This blend really typifies the Wahluke Slope region with up front, dark fruit aromas and flavors with hints of vanilla.

 

Blend: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah

Aged for 24 months in 75% neutral French oak, 25% neutral American oak.
