These Sherry casks are hand-selected exclusively for The Dalmore from the world-renowned González Byass bodega, to create an extraordinary whisky full of character.
Tasting Notes:
Aroma: Bitter dark chocolate, ripe Seville oranges, Colombian coffee, and toffee apple.
Palate: Sweet liquorice stick, Black Forest fruits, roasted walnuts, and thick marzipan.
Finish: Ginseng, pear tarte tatin, and Sanguinello blood oranges.
