At Jensen's Liquors, we strive to ensure every bottle meets your expectations, though please note that state laws may restrict returns on alcoholic beverages to instances of product spoilage or damage. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a resolution.

Return Process

    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt; note that corked or spoiled wine must be at least three-quarters full for inspection.

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Carefully pack the items using the original shipping materials to prevent breakage during transit, clearly marking the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once our cellar team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically appearing in your account within 5-7 business days.
